The Process

• Provide us by e-mail or mail the best full color copy of your company logo and ideas about what you would like the badge to look like.  We will need to know of any special requirements such as: mag stripe, bar code, dual side printing, signature panel, etc.
• Our designers will take your information and create a full color badge proof for you to approve.  Most often, the design is e-mailed to you in a PDF file.  Once approval is obtained, we are ready to begin making the ID cards.
• We can take digital photos at your location, at our facility or we can use digital photos that you send us as an attachment by e-mail. Get ideas on how to take great ID photos.
• Please send us information that goes on each of the badges.  If sending pictures by e-mail, send the pictures as an attachment to your e-mail.  Indicate in the e-mail the name of the picture file that corresponds to each name badge.
• Indicate which badge attachmets your company would like to provide.

Additional Cards

• E-mail us the photos and corresponding information. 
• We will locate your approved design maintained in our files and create the new badge(s).
• We will ship the badge to you within one to two business days with an attachment as you previously ordered.

Payment Details

• There is a one time design fee which ranges based on the complexity of the design.

• Badge attachments are normally priced in addition to the badge price. 
• Inital purchases are made by credit card or corporate check.  Open accounts can be established by approval.
