At Safe-Card ID, we want you to know that if you're not 100% completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the merchandise pursuant to our refund and exchange policy.

If you find the exact item you have purchased within 30 days of purchase for a lower price, you will be eligible for our price protection program.

Here's how it works:

The item must be the identical product, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or verifiable through a current printed quote or advertisement. The competitive item must be in stock with the competitor.

If you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. If the total of the competitors pricing including shipping is lower than our price including shipping, a refund for the difference will be available if all requirements of our offer have been met. Sales tax collected will not be accounted into the final price match calculation.

Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee. Going out of business or liquidation sales will not be accepted for the low price quarantee program. Printers purchased by a retail vendor for resale under special price promotion or clearance pricing are not accepted in our price match policy.

Safe-Card ID reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our price match policy.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your price match request to be verified and processed. Accepted price match refunds will be credited to your account.
