Q: How long will it take to ship my order after submission?

A: Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after the order is placed and payment is received.  Most items ordered Monday through Friday by 3:30pm US-ET (GMT-5) will ship the same day, or the next business day when received after then.
Q: I can not find the exact product I am looking for the the shopping cart. Do you offer other products?

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our online shopping portal, when issued by US banks.  We also accept pre-payment of orders via bank-wire, US-bank or USPS issued money-orders, or corporate check.  Businesses that use purchase orders can be accommodated upon account credit-approval. Please complete the credit application and return to us via fax (+1 704.535.0703) or email [safecard(at)safecardid(dot)com] for review by our credit specialists.
Q: What is your return policy?

A:Products returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, when received in the condition sent.

Returns are accepted for most items for a refund of the item's original purchase price, less applicable restock fees.

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Product must be unopened, unused and in factory sealed packaging. All items and documentation originally included with the product must be included when returned.
  • Software products can not be returned for any reason.  Double check your requirements prior to purchase, or contact us at +1 888.485.4696 for selection assistance.
  • Open media such as PVC cards, ribbons and cleaning kits can not be returned.
  • Customized items, including HID cards, can not be returned for any reason.
  • All returned items must include a RMA number issued by Safe-Card ID Services, or the product return will not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return of any items, plus original shipping costs.

Return Procedures:

  • Contact Safe-Card ID Services within 30 days of product receipt to request a return and RMA number.
  • Returned product must be received at Safe-Card within 15 days of issuance of a RMA number.  A second RMA number will not be provided.
  • Return packaging must include the RMA number clearly provided on a seperate piece of letterhead enclosed with your returned product.  No markings are to be made on any original packaging.
  • Please choose a shipping carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) that provides insurance and tracking information.  Safe-Card ID Services will not be responsible for products that do not arrive, or that are damaged in transit.
  • All original packaging, including instructions, CDs, cables, power supplies, cords and etc., must be returned unused and undamaged. Products must be received as new, unused and in factory sealed packaging.
  • After receipt and inspection by our Safe-Card ID Services, appropriate credit will be provided, normally in the method the original payment was received.

Q: What is your order acceptance policy?

A: Receipt of an electronic order and/or issuance of an order number does not constitute the acceptance of an order by Safe-Card ID Services.  All orders received are subject to verification of customer information prior to acceptance the order.  We reserve the right to do, or not to do business with any individual or entity. We do not accept credit-cards issued by institutions, or billed to card-holders located outside of the United States, U.S. territories or  Canada. We do not accept credit-card payment for any orders shipped outside of the United States.
